I his is to send you very best wishes for a happy Feast of the annunciation from the Novices in whose name I am writing. We are praying for all your intentions and will do so mavelious very specially on that day. As it is our dear Rev. Mother Mary's feast and she is coming to spend it with us we are looking forward to it very much.
We thank you so much for the beautiful conferences you gave us in our Retreat, we feel we have had much help for the beginning of our Novitiate.

Dear Miss Martin
Cod kept me awake this night for well two hours - a thing most unusual but really providential, for it gave me time to think over your letter.
The article is already made, and will be published in our little newspaper of Narassous - but it is a first step. it is made for the special public of that paper, and presents M. J. as the work offering of Benedictine life. I shall add a P.S. inviting to join the work and the Society, and give your and my address for references.
I shall prepare another - but your help will be necessary - for another Belgian Benedictine paper, totally corrected to lissions. It must be full of statistics, facts - and illustrated with photographs.
I am not must and can easily start a great propagande in Belgium and Holland. (a) I know in Belgium: the FOUR AC-a work originated in, and directed by, the Catholic University of Louvain for Medical work in the lissions: the AUCAM, a work amongst the students of the same University for general help to the lissions. I know two flourishing schools of Furses - one in Louvain, where my niece studied; another in Namur - and there are many others.
The Abbey of St André is especially equipped and organised for all kind of missionary work and propaganda, and will be really to help us in any way. The present Prior is a doctor - and, I think, specialised in colonial medicine. And we have in Louvain D. David.
I would suggest to prepare a pamphlet - not to small, with plenty of facts and pictures. We should print it in Belgium, where work is very cheap, and St André and D. David would circulate it.
(b) I know very well a Dutch Father in St André (of course, they are several there) Mr Simeon, a convert Jew, mealous and ardent, - and another in Louvain, who is in perpetual connection with the Catholics milieux of Holland for the liturgy. They would introduce you anywhere wanted, and support an active propaganda. By them we want should easily get a Dutch translation of the little pamphlet.
If your think it worthwhile, I could spare a few days after Easter, and ask Mr Prior to go to Rosemount to plan all this and prepare the tracts. I should like also speaking about the Constitutions. Anyhow, tell me what you think, and don't spare me - I feel inspired to give more than I did to the work, and to put at your disposal all what I can of the Benedictine Order & of my friends.
